Unable to connect Skype on

Dear friend

may be this is the software problem. So uninstall the 
skype app and then install it again. For this follow some 
steps.
1 go to app drawer
2 then tap on settings
3 then select application
4 after that manage application
5 then find the app 
6 then tap on uninstall
7 now go to play store
8 search for app
9 then install it
10 after that make skype id
11 then try to log in
12 after that fill some security questions
and then verify account
13 now use the app
